An internationally renowned absinthe from the Emile Pernot distillery, crafted exclusively by their master distiller Dominique Rousselet.
A nod back to the absinthes of the 19th century (the distillery was founded in 1890), it uses a wine alcohol base with green anise, fennel, grande Pontarlier wormwood and an undisclosed mixture of herbs.
A very smooth absinthe with fruity and herbal notes it finishes with a touch of sweetness. Very restrained and accomplished.
