Established over 350 years ago, Kiku-Masamune takes their status as a representative brand of Authentic Dry Sake very seriously, and their mission is clear.
This sake is a new type of Junmai sake which has the great original umami taste but with a twist of fruity flavours that is "Ginjo-shu" like.
Kikumasamune uses their own original (and newly made) sake yeast "HA14" to produce great fruity flavours like apple or muscat. Further more, this sake has a more umami taste from the rice due to the lower polishing ratio that is not found in many "Ginjo-shu" like sake.
