A limited edition sake exclusive to the Oak Barrel which is polished to 50% (daiginjo), unpasteurised (nama) and with no added alcohol (junmai).
Delviously refreshing, packed with lychee, nectartine and orchard apple flavours along with a slight spritz that gives the entire saké a light effervescence.
