Kankiku brewery is located just 1 hour from Tokyo and for over 130 years has focused on making outstanding sak, this is accurately summed up with their philosophy of brewing to satisfy the soul.
Aroma of steamed rice and tropical fruit with the palate showing fantastic depth and richness with strong umami before a balancing crispy, slightly fruity finish.
Whilst we dont give awards much attention, its worth mentioning it won gold at the fine sake awards and received a commendation at the international wine challenge.
