Come on down to the Oak Barrel for this relaxed, fun and educational evening hosted by Heidi where you'll not only learn about some of the key sparkling wines from around the world, but taste your way through eight great examples. Prosecco, Cava, Champagne, bottle-fermented Aussie sparkling - we'll discuss methods, grape varieties and regions.
We will be adhering to strict social distancing and Covid-19 safety measures, and working to a reduced capacity in our tasting room. As this is a ticketed, sit-down event, you will need to provide proof of Covid-19 double vaccination upon entry.
Wines to be tasted will be confirmed closer to the date and light snacks will be provided.
