Impression Bay First Impression Gin

A thick, creamy gin from Tasmania's First Impression distillery - this is equally enjoayble neat as it is with a mixer.

As well as traditional botanicals (which are evident on the nose with rich juniper), Impression Bay also utilise local botanicals including the aromatic Kunzea plant and Tassie pepperberries. The latter show on the palate, particularly, giving the full-bodied gin a spicy, good length finish.
