From the distributor:
"Located on a seaside town next to the inland sea of Seto is the well known shuzo known as Fukucho, or 'Imada'. This sake, part of their core ginjo lineup, is a great showcase of the brewery, as well as the local rice variety - Hattanso - which Imada is the only brewery in Japan to use.
The flavour is rich yet crisp, with a complex saline quality and crucnhy orchard fruit. Great with wild green vegetable dishes."
