An elegant and semi-sweet sake from the Hourasien brewery in Aichi.
Showcasing a balance between those sweet fruits and a gentle acidity, this is best served chilled and works well with sashimi, fish, miso and yuzu-dishes.
A junmai daigingo style, that is made with no additives or added alcohol and made with rice milled down to at least 50% of its original size. In this case the polishing ratio is 45%.
The rice type is Yamadanishiki, grown in Hyogo.
Hourasien is the sake brand of Sekiya Brewing, which was established in the Aichi Prefecture (about halfway between Tokyo and Osaka) in 1864.
