A delicious junmai daiginjo with strong tropical fruit aromatics of lychee, nectarine and a deeply smooth, mellow creamy flavour.
Aizu-Homare Shuzo is known as being one of the finest producers of sake, winning a gold award every year since 2013 and receiving the title of champion sake for their junmai daiginjo when it placed first out of 876 worldwide entries in the 2015 IWC (International Wine Challenge).
This sake is ranked so highly that Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe gifted a bottle to the world leaders at the G7 Ise-Shima summit in 2016.
