Homare Shuzo is known as being one of the finest producers of sak after theirjunmai daiginjo received the title of champion sak by placing first out of 876 entries in the IWC (international Wine Challenge).
This yuzushu was made to be refreshing with a fresh yuzu flavour, something we believe they have succeeded in. the base junmai sak is made with Hanafubuki rice.
