This Junmai-Shu is brewed with the Hanafubuki rice type grown within the Aizu area along with soft natural mineral water from Mt. Iide (which is worshipped by the locals). Due to the extremely soft water, brewing allows the water to change its expression.
A clean and smooth sake with a favourable rice element throughout. Gentle and dry which goes well with salted meats.
