A Brazilian cachaca from Germana aged in local cherry wood barrels.
The cerejeira, also known as cherry tree, is used to make the Umburana barrels which give this a soft, sweet fruitiness after two years.
Serve neat out of the fridge
Cachaca is made from fermented sugarcane juice, not unlike rhum, and is Brazil's most popular distilled spirit. It is closest in style to rhum Agricole.
