This cider is made of 100% Apples with different apple varieties, mostly from High Stems Apple Trees. Slow fermentation, then bottled.
The mixture of traditional apples sweet/bitter variety gives this color jaune/orange to the cider and this richness of aromas. Characterized by a dry/ bitter finish in the mouth. Perfect to match roast, chicken meat in sauces, crepes and salads. Ideal for a spring aperitifs.
