Syrah – hand-picked on the 25th of March and 9th of April 2017. The early picked fruit was split in to two batches, the first being 100% whole berries the other 100% whole bunches (three weeks carbonic maceration). The later picked fruit was fermented with 100% whole bunches with three weeks carbonic maceration. The wine then received 12 months élevage in french oak barriques.
Nebbiolo – hand-picked on the 20th of April 2017. 100% whole berry fermentation with 4 months extended maceration on skins. The wine then received 12 months élevage in older french oak barriques.
