Brewed with Koshihikari rice from the Riverina region of NSW, we take a leaf from sake brewing, and inoculate this small batch beer with Koji spores. This breaks down the complex sugars, resulting in a bone-dry, extremely refreshing body.
Whole Nagami Kumquats from Riverland S.A are crushed into the beer and cold conditioned with Australian hops, to provide a delightful, citrusy aroma.
