Tom’s wines have seen a huge evolution as the heath of his old vine vineyards and his understanding of how to work with them has developed. His cuvees have captured the hearts and minds of sommeliers and wine drinkers worldwide. After a few very challenging years the 2019 wines shine, in particular the whites which have been decimated over the previous vintages.
