Grown on red triassic marl from a friends vineyard (Karl), biodynamically farmed with no sulphur additions, which is the standard for Domaine de la Pinte. Entirely destemmed with a 3 week maceration before 6 months in tank.
A touch more earth and mineral than the vibrant little sibling Pinte Bien. Exotic spices and stewed red berries on the nose, hinting towards forest floor but keeping the cranberry like freshness to it. The palate is plush and coating with raspberry, cranberries, medium bodied tannins and a little bit of earthy mushroom spice. Intruiging and effortlessly easy to drink!
