A smooth, creamy vodka distilled from barley in northern Tasmania.
Mellowed through activated charcoal.
Nose: Deep and bold aromas of malted grain and aromatic oils, highlighted by notes of sweet barley, marzipan and cookie dough.
Palate: Initially creamy and medium bodied with subtle sweet hints of marshmallow, toasted almond and vanilla crème anglaise, followed by spicy notes of bush pepper and leafy oils, developing to a warm and robust finish.
