A 12-year-old Australian rum bottled by Scotland's Cadenhead.
This has been bottled at 46% in September 2020 from an undisclosed distillery. Strong rumours are this is Beenleigh.
Nose: Apricots, cinnamon, freshly baked gingerbread
Palate: Praline, dried figs, chocolate orange
Finish: Nectarines, hoisin sauce, cured ham
Cadenhead is Scotland's oldest independent bottler, having being founded in 1842 as William Cadenhead Limited Wine & Spirit Merchants. It was family owned until it was bought by another family company J&A Mitchell & Co, owners of the Springbank and Glengyle distilleries.
