A dry, aromatic Sydney-made spiced rum from the Brix distillery.
Founded in 2018 in Surry Hills as a rum distillery and bar, the Spiced is the third product from Brix on the market. Not your typical spiced rum, this is a blend of their White (unaged, distilled in Sydney) and Gold (Caribbean distilled five-year-old) that is then infused with spices.
A drier style of spiced rum that can be drunk neat, this has cinnamon, vanilla, grapefruit and native Aussie spices including Queensland mangos, bush currants, macadamia nuts and local lemongrass.
Particularly good in citrus-infused cocktails like a mule.
