Organically farmed (not certified) Sauvignon Blanc, destemmed and fermented on skins for 8 days, then basket pressed to seasoned oak for 6 months. Bottled unfined & unfiltered with only a small addition of sulphur.
Bright orange hue. Lifted tropical fruit nose. Green mango, papaya and kiwi fruit. Light grippy green tea finish.
