With restrictions relaxing and Oak Barrel tastings returning, we'd like to officially welcome some new members to The Oak Barrel family.
WINE DEPARTMENT
In the world of grapes Peter George is taking up the role of Wine Buyer & Educator for the store, taking over from Joe Perry who's off to spend some time picking grapes now that travel is opening up.
Peter's a lover of great wine - no matter the region or style - and is continually on the hunt for the next great bottle.

In the world of stills Joshua Fischer has stepped into the Whisky & Spirits Buyers role, taking over from Scott Fitzsimons who's stepping back from the day-to-day to take up a new challenge with an Aussie distillery.
You've probably seen Josh around the Whisky Fair and other tastings in Sydney (or indeed around the country) and he can't wait to get in front of everyone with some excellent tastings we've planned for 2020.
