Grown and brewed off their fifth-generation family farm, Rocky Ridge is nestled in Jindong, part of the Margaret river wine region.
Their beers have a distinctive flavour and palate, developed from the terroir of the region and is entirely unique to their production facility.
They strive to be paddock to plate producers, sourcing most of their ingredients on site (or as locally as humanly possible!). No other brewery in the world has access to the same ingredients or control that they have.
Probably my favourite WA brewery.
The Imperial version of 2019’s Custard Tart Stout. This new version has been nudged up to 9.5 percent ABV before a hefty addition of whole vanilla beans and plenty of lactose give this pastry style stout a thick body that carries sweet biscuit, vanilla and a touch of caramel.
This Imperial Berliner pours light pink, with ripe raspberry aromas & finishing with tart refreshing raspberry. A nice tangy brew for all occasions!
A take on Peach Invasion which was originally Brewed in collaboration with the legends from Dainton Brewing in Melbourne. We loved our Peach NEIPA so much that we decided to give people the same great flavour at a lower ABV
Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Quad. With Vanilla.
A big beast of a beer. Brewed by Ash Gale; this maple barrel aged quad is packed full of specialty malts making it a sticky, robust and utterly delicious beer.
Rocky Ridge’s Choc-Coconut Porter is an elegant, liquid rendition of the humble coconut rough.
Pours russet brown, chocolate aromas upon pouring along with cherry an vanilla. Flavours of dusty chocolate with vanilla layering.
Pours deep dark brown, dates and sweet malt aroma, dense sticky mouthfeel with considerable sweet cookie flavour.
