Enjoy
NØGNE Ø THICKET & THORNS BA BLACKBERRY RESERVE
Nøgne Ø Thickets & Thorns is a Flemish red ale fermented with local wild yeast and bacteria for 3 years. Then for a further year in oak barrels with blackberries added. The result is a sour, funky and fresh fruit beer.
RateBeer: 91/100
NØGNE Ø KRIEK OF TELEMARK
Fruit beer must be acidic. Really sour. Were we happy when we heard that Lindheimshagene at Gvarv in Telemark had sour cherries? Finally we had found the right raw material for such a project!
NØGNE Ø / DE MOLEN CLOSE TO THE EDGE DARK SOUR
Spontaneously fermented for 20 months. The early April air of 2018 brought some fantastic micro flora that provided a black currant -like flavour to this sour stout. Combined with the roasted flavours, leather and chocolate from the malts this came to be quite a complex beer
RateBeer: 96/100
NØGNE Ø BOSUN'S CALL 2 SAISON RESERVE
A blend of four different vintages of our Saison (aged for 1, 2, 3 and 4 years in red wine barrels). Complex aroma with hints of brettanomyces, citrus, grass and horseblanket. Taste is bitterweet citrus, grape, grass and grains.
NØGNE Ø ROGUE WAVE WHITE CURRANT WILD ALE
Matured for four years in oak barrels. Rogue Wave is a light ale spontaneously fermented in red wine and armagnac barrels. Bone dry, balanced, and with a good hint of sourness. Taste of white currants, grains, grass, grapes, umami and vinegar.
RateBeer: 95/100
NØGNE Ø MARINER LOST AT SEA BA SOUR BROWN
Mariner Lost At Sea is a brown ale, matured and soured in oak barrels. Hid, forgotten and found again after 5 years. Rich, with a tart taste of cherries, blackberries, prunes, chocolate, coffee, oak and port wine.
RateBeer: 96/100
NØGNE Ø NORDIC NOIR NORWEGIAN STRONG ALE
Nøgne Ø Nordic Noir is brewed using Norwegian ingredients. We fermented this beer at an extreme temperature; 42°C. With the unique Norwegian chocolate malts, this beer got an extra dimension.

This version of Nordic Noir has been further matured in sherry barrels for 7 months.
