By far one of the most exciting Western Australian producers, Jo Perry's wines are full of energy and flavour. Working only with organic and biodynamic fruit, her minimal intervention approach to her wines allows the purest expressions of variety and terroir in the glass. 

Year after year we are captivated by her unique expressions of cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, and chenin blanc, however the 'house wine' release provides some of the funnest and most delicious wines we see all year so we're delighted to have these back on the shelves and in the fridges! Dormilona Orenji 2020

A stunning, balanced Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc. All certified organic fruit, hand-harvested, fermented on skins for six weeks & pressed off to barrel for full malo. Simply racked, a touch of sulphur at bottling to ensure there's no bottle variation or oxidation.

Dormilona Blanco 2020

This is a racy little number will make you do a double take. A straight down the line Semillon. Hand-harvested from a little plot in Osmington subregion. Simply pressed directly to tank for a cool ferment. Bâttonaged with extra love for a couple of months before bottled. No additions, fining, or filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur at bottling.

Dormilona Pinku 2020

$24.95 each or $22.46 in any 6

A rosé made from some uncertfied organic Merlot and Shiraz from Willyabrup. A touch of skin contact then pressed straight to tank for ferment. Lots of bâttaonage to check in some mid-weight texture, full malo, then racked off to settle. No additives, fining or filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur.

Dormilona Tinto 2020

Tinto is made in the young nuevo style from organic Shiraz grown in Osmington. Simply harvested in the cool morning light, wild-fermented in open bins then basket-pressed off to tank before sugar completion. Natural malo, racked, blended and bottled. No additions, fining or filtration. Only minimal sulphur.
