Each and every year this is without a doubt one of the most exciting releases we look forward to, and the wines of Jauma continue to impress us beyond belief

James Erskine is one of the original pioneers of the Australian natural wine movement. The first Jauma wines were made in from Grenache in 2010 and this has quickly evolved into a diverse range spanning several varietals. 

Today these wines are adored all across the globe and recognised as some of the purest and most delicious expressions made in Australia. 

Jauma Fi's Garden 2019

A magical co-fermentation of 13 varieties and 23 vines planted by Fiona Wood on her dad's ironstone ridge in Clarendon in 1997.

Jauma Birdsey Cabernet Franc 2019

Our 9th harvest from Peter Birdsey's franc vines he planted in 1997. The soil in this Seaview appellation block is red sand, the aspect is directly over the ocean with spectacular views. Wine is plump, plush and dark dark red.

Jauma Audrey's Fairygarten Shiraz 2019

Dry grown Shiraz in Clarendon. Carbonic fermentation produces a slight spritz. Super vibrant and pretty, backed up with lashings of minerality. Roses, raspberries and tangy sherbet.

Muscat, Verdelho, and Shiraz

Blush in colour, start by thinking along the lines of big kids juice but backed up by a beautiful textural line from the skin ferments.

A blend of three vineyards: Lilies and Tullah in Mclaren Flat (deep sand on clay) and Wood, the sandy ironstone ridge of Clarendon. Earthiness surrounds a heart of spice and rose.

Jauma Blewitt Springs Chenin Blanc 2019

Grown by Lulu,The slope faces east and is deep, white sand on orange clay. Both Fiona and Dave consult Lulu on this block. There's some skin contact in this wine. Juicy with slatey acidity.

Jauma Ralph's Grenache 2019

900 vines planted in 1997, own rooted and dry grown. Sitting on top of the Clarendon Ridge, east facing, sand over ironstone. A spiritual place with views across the Vale to Kangaroo Island. This wine sings place.

Jauma Ralph's Shiraz 2019

Own rooted Shiraz, dry grown on Wood vineyard's thin red loam over ironstone. There is so much power coming from the ironstone which gives incredible minerality to support the deep fruits of this beauty.
