Two brothers-in-law—Adam Firestone and David Walker—Spent their time debating the subject of good and bad beer. Their search for a decent local ale finally led them to brew their own starting in 1996. The original Firestone Walker brewery was located in a converted shed on the family vineyard, where they experienced no shortage of trials and tribulations. From these humble beginnings was born one of the world’s most decorated breweries.

Firestone Walker was WORLD BEER CUP Champion Brewery for mid-sized breweries in 2004, 2006, 2010, and 2012.

FIRESTONE WALKER PARABOLA 2018 IMPERIAL STOUT

 This beer features bold bourbon and tobacco aromas and a rich dark chocolate, charred oak flavor. Parabola is best enjoyed in moderation and is a perfect beer to pair with those chocolate dessert favs.

FIRESTONE WALKER SUCABA 2018 BARLEY WINE

Big boozy bourbon and American oak aromas combined with soft chocolate malty undertones. Complex malt flavors framed in oak, with hints of dark chocolate, vanilla, tobacco, coconut and just a touch of dark cherry. This is definitely a sipping beer, best served in a brandy snifter.

FIRESTONE WALKER STICKEE MONKEE 2017 CENTRAL COAST QUAD

A Belgian Quad by recipe, but aging it in spirits barrels garners its own category: Central Coast Quad. A beer formulated to sit on the sweeter and malty side so that we could utilize it for blending. It has a full body and lush texture with barrel expression all over this beer: toasted oak, coconut, leather and cigar tobacco.

FIRESTONE WALKER OLD MAN HATTAN 2019 STRONG ALE

Barrel-aged mashup of two classics: the Old Fashioned and the Manhattan. The base is a blend of Velvet Merkin, Bravo and Stickee Monkee aged in whiskey barrels. The twist comes from select lots of Parabola and Heldorado that were aged in Woodford Reserve barrels previously used to mature cherry bitters, orange bitters and aromatic bitters.
