Meet Bubblina! She’s a sparkling grape sour and a collaboration with our buddies Tallboy & Moose from Preston in Melbourne. Inspired by our ongoing love for beer and wine, we wanted to make this white sour variety something special...so we decided to get funky with it! We co-fermented our base Berliner Weisse, with wild fermented Semillon and Sauv Blanc on-skin grapes, from Ironstone and Della Fay vineyards in Yallingup. Dry-hopped with Mosaic hops to bring out her passionfruit and mango aromas, this sour sheila is brightly sparkling with a dry tart and bitter finish.
